The Office of Homeless Services (OHS) seeks proposals for Homeless Prevention Programs, including the provision of Financial Assistance and/or Housing Support Services.

OHS is specifically seeking proposals for the following three (3) types of programs:

• Program 1: Provision of financial/rental assistance only.
• Program 2: Provision of case management in support of participants receiving rental assistance from another source.
• Program 3: Provision of both medium/long-term rental assistance and housing support services for participants. Applicants may apply for more than one Program but must submit a separate proposal for each one.
